I was delivered with wrong and basic model(2 yrs old model), when I asked for the replacement for the original product, after 10 days Flipkart said its not possible to replace and said we will refund the money after an investigation. its been a week now and nothing happened. My whole family got sick for the 2nd time because of the water problem and my money is stuck with Flipkart. Really bad service.

Pls be sure that installation is done in ur area , has been kept for 2 month none of the them turned out for installation cust care simply denied it , one star for flipkart only bcos it help me returning without much fuss.

There are huge number of complications in buying an RO today.. without getting into too much of technicality of the filters, I can simply say that the RO+UV work very well. We have used this over 4 months now and can safely say this is the best RO we have used. The free pre-filter is the icing on the cake. The water taste was a bit different in the 1st couple of days.. since then it has been giving us its very best. Right size for a wall mount in a medium sized kitchen. Looks good too. We've not needed to use any additional service apart from the installation so can't comment about that.

Using it for 3 months, no issues as of now. Installation was done by Midea and they didn't try to sell any accessories. The product looks futuristic and water taste good. It's better than other brand like aquaguard.

It's been a month now since i am using the water purifier. As of now it is quite early to rate. However, the product looks premium. The installation was very prompt. The service center followed quite a number of times. The taste of water is different from the previous one however it feels really light. After few days the taste of water will enhance a lot. It has enhanced the look and feel of our kitchen. The technician will provide pre-filter free of cost. One thing that is not mentioned this company also provides warranty for membrane.The user manual is hidden and is taped on the side of the box. It has good amount of necessary info.As of now it looks great will update after few months. Also the company people are very helpful the customer carw does not have much info but they will arrange a call back.I must add this is one of the best i have ever had. Better than Pureit and Kent. I can only compare this with Ao Smith.
